In this free video course, you will learn the fundamentals of how to breathe properly. Breathing is the most fundamental part of our lives. Unfortunately, many people have developed poor breathing habits over the years. Some of the symptoms of dysfunctional breathing can include, but are not limited to anxiety, back pain, neck pain, headaches, GI dysfunction, incontinence, and poor core muscle strength. In this video series you will first learn how to get a baseline measure of your breathing using the Breathing IQ. Next you will learn how to properly breathe in a relaxed state and then finally, you will learn how to properly activate your core while breathing.
